A charming and wonderful set of 1960s Pyrex Daisy mixing bowls in very good vintage condition.
1968-1973
This is a set of 4 Vintage Pyrex Daisy which are numbered 441, 442, 443 and 444. This print started in 1968.
"This is a really summery set of orange and yellow bowls that reminds everyone of the 60s. Unlike the Daisy/Citrus Mixing Bowls, there isn’t any doubt that these Cinderella mixing bowls are part of the Daisy line.
There are four bowls, the smallest #441 (1.5 pint) and 3rd size #443 (2.5 quart) are a solid yellow in color, while the #442 (1.5 quart) and largest #444 (4 quart) bowls feature a band of large yellow daisies around an orange-yellow bowl. The daisies are actually so large that they are “cut off” within the band.

This vintage set of 4 Pyrex 'Daisy' mixing bowls would be a great addition to any kitchen or for anyone who loves cooking or baking. Anyone would absolutely love to bring summer and joy in their home with those bowls!
Condition: good to great vintage condition. The finish of the four bowls is still very shiny and glossy with no "chalky" paint loss. Beautiful color! Lovely pattern. Some scratches/nicks to the outside. The 442 and the 443 show more wear than the other bowls. Wear underneath the handles. Very light wear to normal wear to the inside. The 444 has a SMALL CHIP on the rim as shown on picture. I thought at first that it was only some loss of paint.
Overall, a very nice set Pyrex Daisy bowls for display or use.
They all say "Trade Mark Pyrex Made in U.S.A. Ovenware" on the bottom. Each bowl is marked with a number (401 to 404) with sizes.
This set includes:
Yellow Bowl 441 - 1.5 pint bowl - Great vintage condition. Approx. 5 tiny nicks to the paint. Wear on corners and edges of the handles. Almost no wear to the inside. 9.7/10
Orange Bowl 442 - 1.5 quart bowl - Good vintage condition. There is more wear on the paint of this bowl. It is the size that is the most used. It makes it harder to find, even harder to find in great condition, for this reason. There are plenty of nicks and scratches to the paint and high wear to the edges of the handles. Plenty of scratches and very light scuffing to the inside. 6.8/10
Yellow Bowl 443 - 2.5 quart bowl - In good good vintage condition. Plenty of nicks/tiny scratches to the paint: approx. 120. High wear underneath the handles ( nicks and scratches to the paint). Very light fading and superficial scratches to the inside. 7.1/10
Orange Bowl 444 - 4 quart bowl - Great vintage condition - 15 nicks/scratches to the paint! Very light wear to the corners of the smaller handle. Very light wear to the inside: very few superficial utensil scratches. There is a tiny chip or a manufacturing flaw (I thought that it was a nick to the paint at first) on the side of the rim, nothing detracting. 9.5/10
This set displays beautifully!
*The harsh chemicals in some of today's dish-washing detergent will damage these bowls over time, making the shiny finish become chalky. We recommend only hand washing them to preserve their beauty. This set has been carefully cleaned for you.
