I have no clue what this is or what it is used for
I would like to think it is either a Fraternal organization piece or religious of some sort
It is a silver tone metal box with a dragon , sea creature or Pheonix / bird of some sort, some sort of floral on end of tail.
Inside the box is a sponge which protects a scrolled arched piece on a chain attached to the box.
The box measures a little under 1 1/4" tall x 3/4" wide and 7 1/16" thick
ANY CLUE????
