Exquisite Pink & Pearl Collection 184 Pc. Found Objects Jewels Buttons Beads Treasures for Assemblage Art Jewelry Making 1900-1960's by karenelmquistvintage

This is a large and fascinating found object lot for jewelry making, assemblage art, costume making or any other creation you choose. These were curated from my huge and over flowing collection, accumulated over the last 30 years. There are 184 items, interesting and inspiring for art jewelry, assemblage art, altered art and many other uses. Note that most are very old, with great patina and signs of wear. Many are items that are simply not found at flea markets and sales any more! This is an instant treasure lot that will inspire you just sitting on your desk or workbench!

This particular lot features pieces which include shades of pink, silver, mother of pearl white and touches of purples and greens. The largest majority of the items date from c.1900-1960's. There are also some lovely modern Czech beads, described below.

50 mother of pearl buttons in a variety of sizes, c.1900
A silvertoned and rhinestone Art Deco buckle c.1930
A raspberry colored seed bead wired flower
A little cluster of floral stamens with old glitter
A pair of of 1950's multicoloured crystal bead earrings marked "Made in Western Germany", a few strands missing. A lot of beads if taken apart!
13 small cream plastic rings, used for crochet projects in the 1940's
5 exquisite old Dresden enamelled panels in lilac and blue, painted with roses, dating from the 1950's-1960's

16 faux pearl headpins, the pearls on copper wires, twisted in groups of 4, c.1930-1940's
9 superb huge old ocean pearl buttons, with a richer and more colorful luster than white river pearl, these measure 1 3/16" across and date c.1900
A Victorian calling card dating c.1890-1900, with a bird, flowers and the name "Nathaniel B. Saunders".
An oval carved mother of pearl panel, was a button but has no loop
A round carved mother of pearl panel, also once a button, but no loop
A square mother of pearl panel with gold filled bands, once a button, but you guessed it, no loop. These all date c. 1890.

The condition ranges from excellent, to well-worn. Some pieces are perfect, some are missing parts, are broken or show wear. You will receive everything shown in the photos, 184 pieces of vintage found treasures. The lot weighs 250 grams, about 1/2 pound.

There will never be another lot quite like this one…it's impossible as I'll never have a group of little treasures just like this again! Truly unique items to inspire creativity.
